fantastic stay with minor hiccups

I had a family pool view room, and it was great. the room was spacious, and the layout worked well for my family. the proximity to the pool made it easy to supervise my kids. the beds were comfortable. I slept well each night.
The wifi signal was weak in certain areas of the room. This made it difficult to stream videos sometimes.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options, including both western and asian dishes. i appreciated the fresh fruit selection. It was a nice start to each day. the coffee machines did sometimes have a slight wait, but service was excellent.

The kids' pool featured several slides. My children really enjoyed them. there were plenty of loungers available around the pool area. I found a spot easily. the gym had modern equipment. I found it sufficient for my needs.

I liked the spacious pool access room. It was clean. Complimentary snacks and drinks are a plus. The staff are friendly and ready to assist. I found the food had many options. The hotel also had big pools with slides, which I liked.
The front desk seemed less responsive than expected regarding my status.

the rooms were so modern and spotlessly clean!!! i loved the fine panoramic views of the beach. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist. they were super accommodating and made sure all my needs were met!!! the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. the location made it easy to explore many attractions on foot.
I encountered a slight delay with the in-room dining service. disposable containers remained outside my door for three days!!! despite notifying reception twice. This was somewhat disappointing.

the pool bar was acceptable, and bartenders guy and tus were good.
The cleanliness wasn't good at all. It reminded me of a cheap motel, not a resort. there was music pumping, so sleeping wasn't easy. also, the walls were paper-thin, so i heard everything, including someone trying to open the glass doors to get into our kids' room at 1 am!!!

The hotel provides various breakfast options daily. the pool area features waterslides for children. staff members like mr jade and ging were helpful at reception. i received a complimentary upgrade upon my arrival. This added to the experience. the indian food was excellent, especially the honey chili potato prepared by sandip aggarwal. sandip was polite and offered useful information about the hotel.
The lobby is temporarily located behind the restaurant. this setup can be confusing for new arrivals with luggage.

Breakfast includes multiple varieties daily. Offering choices for different tastes. the restaurant features attentive staff such as been, fah, rai, jah, tar, and gun, that manage the dining area smoothly. they handle dietary needs effectively.

The hotel has two pools and three bars. This gives many options. the kids club provides several activities. This is perfect for families with children. there is also a water slide at the island pool bar. the gardens were lovely!
